Liberal Democrat parliamentary candidate for Winchester and Chandler's Ford, Danny Chambers, previously wrote to Mr Brine in January, calling for the MP to push for the Prime Minister's resignation.
He has now renewed his message to Mr Brine, insisting he must do the "honourable thing" and call for Boris Johnson to go.
Responding to Sue Gray’s update on parties being held in Downing Street during Covid lockdowns, he said: "This is a damning moment for Boris Johnson.
"While people in Winchester & Chandler’s Ford made terrible sacrifices during lockdowns, Boris Johnson and his team were partying in Downing Street.
"We all have painful memories of that lockdown, from not being able to see dying relatives, to being separated for months on end from our friends and family.
"It is time for Steve Brine to do the honourable thing and call for Boris Johnson to go."
